A few words about our teak
Handcrafted, hand-selected sustainably sourced teak furniture is truly unique, with no two pieces exactly alike. The variability in wood grains adds character and individuality, making each creation a one-of-a-kind treasure. Our teak furniture has a light waterbased protective coating to ensure that the natural essence of the wood is the focus rather than a highly polished over-glossed finish that detracts from the beauty of the grain. Cleaning is as simple as wiping with a damp cloth and maintenance every few years with a water-based teak sealant such as Golden-Care Teak Shield. Do not use teak oil, danish oil or any other varnish that inhibits the teaks ability to breathe.
A note on clearance items
Our clerance items usually have one or more minor flaws or inconsitencies which do not meet our very high quality standards. They will still be solid, well made and functional, but we are very very picky and they just don't quite meet our A-grade expectations. All clearance items are sold AS-IS, there is no further discounts, warranty or returns on these items.
