Often we will also give you free delivery along the East Coast between major metropolitan areas if our drivers don't have to go too far off the main transport corridor.
If you live outside of the areas above, we work out a delivery fee from the nearest metropolitan area to your house, and this is usually very good. For example, A customer who lives in Daylesford Victoria is only charged roughly an extra $250 for a table and 6 chairs as though the delivery was coming from Melbourne. We will organise the best price for you after purchase OR we can let you know what the delivery charge will be before hand, just contact us - 0414 343 779
COLLECTION FROM OUR WAREHOUSE
Our warehouse is located at 42 Hoffman Drive, Noosaville. If you would like to collect your items from our warehouse you must arrange to meet us there before hand by calling 0414 343 779 between 10am and 5pm Brisbane time weekdays.
AUSTRALIA POST
Items that weigh 5kg or less will be dispatched with Australia Post’s Internet enabled freight system (eParcel).
Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label, enabling you to view the location of
your item at various points in the delivery process via Australia Post’s online tracking tool.
When your order is dispatched, you will be given a consignment number.
You can use the number to track your order at the Australia Post’s website.
STARTRACK EXPRESS
Chairs and medium sized Items that weigh between 8kg and 20kg will be dispatched with Star Track Express.
Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label, enabling you to view the location of
your item at various points in the delivery process via the Star Track Express online tracking tool.
When your order is dispatched, you will be given a consignment number.
You can use the number to track your order at the Star Track Express Website.
PROFESSIONAL REMOVALIST SERVICES
We use a number of professional furniture removalists to delivery our furniture depending on where the delivery is being made to.
In our experience we have found furniture removalists give a superior service when it comes to moving large pieces of furniture without causing damage to your house or your purchase. We can't say that we have had the same luck using couriers which is why we don't use them anymore for items larger than 20kg.
The downside to this is that there is usually no tracking available, however, we will ensure you are given a time window and date for delivery and the driver will call you well before hand.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.
INACCURATE ADDRESS
If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned to us, a customer care team
member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.
ITEMS MARKED 'PARTNER FULLFILLED'
Please note that items marked as 'Partner Fulfilled' will be delivered directly by our trusted partners. These items are the sole responsibility of the partner, including any matters related to returns, faults, or warranties. Clement Studio acts only as the coordinator of your order to ensure a smooth process. For any queries or concerns regarding partner-fulfilled items, please contact the partner directly. Once you have purchased the item, the details of the partner will be emailed to you.
