The sturdy top shelf can safely house over 600+ LP records, while its solid teak construction ensures a stable, vibration-resistant platform for a record player cabinet, enhancing sound quality. The lower shelf offers additional space, perfect for storing wine bottles or cocktail essentials, making it a sophisticated fusion of entertaining and music appreciation.
Accessing your items is seamless with six fully opening doors revealing a fixed middle shelf. Crafted from 100% sustainably sourced and certified plantation teak with a water-based finish, the Brooklyn Sideboard is designed for longevity. A few words about our teak
Handcrafted, hand-selected sustainably sourced teak furniture is truly unique, with no two pieces exactly alike. The variability in wood grains adds character and individuality, making each creation a one-of-a-kind treasure. From intricate detailing to rich hues, these pieces exude authenticity and unparalleled craftsmanship, elevating any space with their timeless allure. Our teak furniture has a light waterbased protective coating to ensure that the natural essence of the wood is the focus rather than a highly polished over-glossed finish that detracts from the beauty of the grain. Cleaning is as simple as wiping with a damp cloth and maintenance every few years with a water-based teak sealant such as Golden-Care Teak Shield. Alternatively using a natural liquid bees wax, which will result in deeper caramel wood tones, is also a good option, we recommend Gilly’s Liquid Beeswax.
Do not use teak oil, danish oil or any other varnish that inhibits the teaks ability to breathe. All of our teak furniture is for indoor use only unless specifically stated for 'outdoor use'. Using our teak furniture outdoors may result in damage and will void the 1 year manufacturers warranty. At Clement Studio, we take great care to inspect our solid wood products throughout the crafting process, ensuring the timber is well-prepared and seasoned. However, Australia’s diverse climates and environmental conditions can sometimes lead to natural developments such as small cracks, splits (commonly called checking), or a decrease in natural oils. These are not flaws but rather unique traits of solid wood, reflecting its organic origin. They enhance the character and individuality of the piece without affecting its quality, strength, or functionality, making each product truly one of a kind.
